So far, there is nocannabis oil reliable research that suggests an ideal CBD dosage. This fact is also reflected in the CBD market. Because as diverse as the range of products containing CBD is, the dosage recommendations of the respective manufacturers are just as diverse. There are no generally applicable recommendations for use or rules for dosage for CBD. Therefore, it is up to each of us to find our own personal ideal amount.

How Much CBD Is Right for Me?

Several things can help you know this. They include:

Determine the Strength of Your CBD Oil

Many manufacturers make this easy and clearly state how many milligrams of CBD per serving (drops, pumps, etc.) are in the bottle. If not, you’ll need to do a quick calculation yourself.  For this, we need the following:

  • The bottle size (in ml)
  • The stated CBD content (200 mg, 500 mg, 1,000 mg, etc.)

Then you simply calculate the CBD concentration using this formula: [CBD in mg] ÷ [bottle size in ml] = [CBD in mg/ml]cannabidiol

For example, a 20 ml CBD oil bottle containing 1000 mg of CBD. Using the above formula, you calculate 1000 mg ÷ 20 ml = 50 mg CBD/ml. Therefore, one ml of oil has 50 milligrams of CBD.

Determine the Amount of CBD Per Drop (or the Portion Size)

As already mentioned, most manufacturers provide their CBD oil with a pipette. Ideally, the manufacturer specifies the amount of CBD per drop, but many do not. So you need first to find out how much CBD is in each drop. The packaging of your CBD oil should at least include an indication of how many mg of CBD are in a full dropper. If this is not the case, you can use the formula above to calculate how much CBD per ml your oil contains.

Usually, a full pipette will hold about 1 ml of oil, but it can be a little less. Fill the pipette all the way up, then count how many drops there are in the pipette. Let’s say your pipette contains 40 drops, and the bottle contains 50 mg CBD ml. 50 mg of CBD ÷ 40 drops result in 1.2 mg of CBD per drop.

Approach Your Ideal Dose

CBD dosageIt is difficult to make an individual dose recommendation assigned to you. Those who have never used CBD before should start with a low dose of 5 mg per day. This amount is then increased slowly and in small steps until you have achieved the effect you want.

The medical world and the modern technologyThe medical world and the modern technology

The modern technology has brought about positive impacts on the different industry including the healthcare system of most countries. Back in the days, the hospitals and clinics had to keep the records or files of their patients in filing cabinets and even in their basements, which was extremely difficult to locate a certain document. But today, almost all healthcare facilities are already using a virtual computer, making it so much easier for the personnel to access the records anywhere.

Furthermore, technology has given way to numerous innovations in the world of medicine; you can see some of these in the blogs and interviews that were made by matthew herper.

Let us see some of the technologies that have changed the healthcare industry in general.

Smartphone applications

Just like anything else, there are already mobile apps that can be used by patients anytime they need to schedule an appointment with a doctor or specialist. They no longer have to walk-in and wait endlessly in line. With just a few clicks on a mobile phone, anyone who wants to be checked by a physician can set a schedule according to their availability. They can choose the hospital or clinic as well as the doctor that they want to visit.

The use of software

Gone are the days when medical facilities had to utilize the old school form of keeping their files and references. Like what was mentioned earlier, most hospitals and clinics these days already have their high-tech way of storing their records which can be accessed by authorized personnel within the premises or even at their homes using a username and password.

Furthermore, various software programs have been developed to help all healthcare professionals in classifying ailments including their signs & symptoms and the possible treatments. This allows doctors and nurses to provide better healthcare to their patients.

Another benefit of using a specially designed software is the reduction of paperwork since it can also be used in billing. Hence the data are more accurate.

Medical robots

As of today, further research and studies are being conducted to enhance the use of medical robots so they can continue to help and benefit the healthcare industry.
